On the specs.... I received a phone call at 10pm last weekend from the customer saying they for sure wanted it and they needed it by 7:30 am the next morning. The knife still had some work left, but I got it done around 3 am. With the rush of everything I completely forgot to write down the dimensions and what not. So, this is all the defininate info I have:
Steel: Damascus 1095 and 15N20 (1075 with 2% nickel)
RC Rating: 58-59
Handle: Black Micarta
Guard: Brass
I measured the knife a few weeks ago when it was in its early stages, so from that, an estimated OAL is about 11 inches.
I think the blade was about 6 1/2 inches.
