Radiusing Titanium

I’ve been working on Ti framelocks (manually, not CNC), and am wondering what other makers are doing to get a clean radius on the outside corner of the titanium. Lets say .125 thick for now. The best I can do right now is a 45 degree chamfer on the grinder.

I do all of mine by hand, (don't like/do "angles" but rather radius)...... on the grinder/slack belt. I generally start with a slow moving (about 40% on my VFD) 120 grit, then follow that up with successive grits until I'm ready to hand finish. For small/tight areas I tear J weight (220 and finer) into 1/2" or less width, and use them via the slack belt on the grinder.l With a bit of practice you can easily control the radius, and just where the belt(s) cut, by controlling the in/out pressure, and even the angle you hold the work at.
There's a lot of talented folks here, so I'm sure others will be by to offer their input too!
