Propane question

Ok i'm making a burner, (In over my head as usual)...long story short I have a 3/8" brass male fitting coming off of it, and my fancy new regulator hose has some kind of weird 5/8" female fitting on it. It said 5/8-18 UNF on the hose.
What do I need to connect the two?
I need to get this thing going to prove to my girlfriend that i won't blow myself up.:steve:
 
You might see if you can find a brass bushing that will connect the two that has a 3/8" female side and 5/8" male fitting on the other side.

I tried that already... the propane hose has to have a special fitting... I think it's called a P.O.L.
disregard question. :) I found what i need.
