Hey all thanks for the prayers! Tomorrow they scheduled a heart catheter...have spent the last few days doing tests and IV diuretics to get fluid levels to normal....lost 8 lbs yesterday...more lasix today. Just getting some of the fluid gone makes me feel so much better...now to tackle the cause. They do see some damage to the heart....but need more info....thus catheter...

They put one stint in today...artery was 99% blocked. They are doing another heart catheter tomorrow and possible stint tomorrow.

That's great to hear, Ted..just listen to your doc. See, these prayer thingies really DO work, so we'll all keep it up. Get outta there soon and get back to makin knives.

Quad bypass scheduled for tuesday. Doc says that between this and my lung surgery healing will be sloww 4-6 months. ( if i don't croak)
