This monster was shot a few miles from my home , in a little town called Mineral Point , Mo.
Weighs in at 1800 lbs. What the heck would you do if you ran into this thing ????? If you didnt have a cannon , I guess climbing a tree would be in order.........

Hogzilla, the subject of a Nat-Geo Special, Was said to have been a 1000lbs'
After digging it up it was said to be closer to 800lbs. Still a record for a Feral Pig.

The thing that would prohibit this thing from getting that big is a food source large enough and high enough in protein. Not saying it isn't possible? Just that photoshop can do wonders! I'd like to hear what a biologist that has seen the carcass has to say about it?

That would be enough slices of Canadian Bacon to cross the state.

It was posted in the local paper ... I got the pics online . The locals say its the real thing ??? I noticed the writing on side of truck .. looks like a game farm / ranch ? Heck they could have raised it in a pen and posted it for business sake. ??? it resembles a prehistoric pig that roamed around missouri several million years ago . I noticed they are back a little from the pic ! could be a 500 pounder edited to look bigger .
It still is a nasty lookin dude .... has a snout like a gator or something ......

Yes, the pics has some indicators of maybe photo shop?
That thing would have had to eat about 75-100lbs of Hog Chow kibble a day to get that size!
It does look very prehistoric & MEAN! I think a RPG is in order!:taz::biggrin:
