PID controller

Thanks to Knife Dog KenH for advice building this PID controller. I had quit using my toaster oven for tempering because of its unreliable temperature control.
I used this today for tempering an O-1 blade and it works great.

Good job Calvin - I also put a brick in the oven to help stabilize the temperature. Those Auber PIDs are good.
