I have space...I was going to get a 1/2 size oven which is bigger.

That's a nifty oven, looks like the max temp and % tolerance would be good.
Only downside I see is price, and it's apparently from China. The owners manual may take a bit of interpreting.

Yea, everything seems to come from China...

I still haven't sworn off making one myself.

Looks like a good option, but this one only covers up to 248 degrees and I need at least 300 degree control.

I built one wasn't hard but. If you just want to buy one look into a Powder Coating Oven.

I already bought a large medical lab drying oven. It holds temp to within 2 degrees of what I set. It will heat up to 550 degrees.
