This is one of my Phat Boy locking liner folders,I made it to take to the blade show.
This one is a little different from the others I've made,it has 1/4" diameter spacers and thumb stud and I blasted it with silicon carbide to give it a darker color.
The blade is Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel,1/8" x 2 3/4" with silicon carbide blasted finish.
The liners are .05" titanium jeweled on the inside.
The bolsters are 1/8" titanium with a silicon carbide blasted finish.
The scales are carbon fiber with a blasted finish.
The spacers are 1/4" 416 stainless steel.
The thumb stud is 1/4",440-C stainless steel, notched to clear the frame in the closed position.
Closed length is 4 1/8".
Weight is 3.75 oz.
Questions,comments,and constructive criticsism are welcome.
Y'all enjoy!

Thank you Ausbrooks and Gary.
I forgot to mention the blade is @ 59Rc.
Also I call the dark finish that the silicon carbide gives to the blasted parts the Zinker effect since Brad Zinker told me how to do it.:9:

Nice , and clean. Calvin , that's a beauty sir. I love your knives, particularly your folders. I may just have to have me one in sept. Scott
