Personalizer or Plus ?

Hey guys I’m getting ready to pull the trigger on a personilizer! I want a deep dark etch on my knives I’m not quite sure if the personilizer plus is worth that extra cash though. I’d love to here what your guys thoughts are thanks!

XP-625 AC/DC Variable Voltage Power Supply is an option also. That is the power supply that is recommended on Ernie Grospitch's site. I found it for $119 and it has been awesome. You can pick up an etching tool from USAknifemaker and be in business.

I asked this same question awhile back and Ed said the plus was a better way to go.Just sayin!

I have the Plus and am very happy with it. I don’t have anything to compare it to because it’s the only one I’ve ever used.

I built one out of a 5 dollar HO train transformer. Works great!! Not as fast as a purpose built machine. Takes me a couple minutes to do an etch once it's all set up.
