Explanation of the Pizza thing:
I love pizza. Some time ago when I was looking to change from a corporate job I looked into several small businesses as a startup. I did some serious research and it came down to opening a pizza place or get in the knife supply business. I made lot's of test pizzas working out recipies but fortunately the supply business worked out.
 
That's a lot of nice looking knives Boss, and nice photography. I noticed the sheaths from Sandy, he used to live by me in St. Pete and made some for me. before he moved to Georgia he helped me get started making my own, he is certainly one of the great leather workers.
I also took note of your comments on flour in your pizzas, I recently read an article about the difference in southern biscuits and NY biscuits, it's the regional flour used. the person that wrote it said they also mail order their flour that's grown in the southern part of the US. it was interesting, I'd have never thought.
