Oxy Acetylene torch set

My ancient torch set gave up the ghost so Im looking to replace them. I have a shoestring budget right now! Any recommendations on a kit to replace them. I mainly use them to cut thicker stock and localized heating for bending or to isolate a spot for forging quickly. Any help would be GREAT!!

I guess there are times when the torch is more convenient than the plasma cutter for cutting? I was expecting with a plasma cutter it would keep me from ever using my torch. BUT - I actually use the torch as much for heating metal as I do for cutting.

I wish I could offer some advice on a budget torch, but I don't have a clue. I've had my torch for almost 60 yrs now - done some work on it a time or 3 but nothing special. Seems like I did rebuild a regulator once. When you're talking about a replacement, or you talking just the torch head? OR - the complete assembly?

Oxygen regulator is leaking badly. I tried to get a rebuild kit for it. Welding supply store told me they dont have/make a rebuild kit for the regulator I have (bought them at an auction years ago and there were years on them!) anymore because its to old. So im actually considering just buying an O2 regulator and doing just that? I saw a Victor set on Walmart that is getting mixed reviews? There made in China and apparently parts to fix them are more than buying new ones! IDK what im gonna do. Not a huge hurry though.
