odd but intriguing folding knife design

So, I saw one of these at a flea market a while ago, and after some searching found a picture, but I am so intrigued by the design and want to give it a shot.
has anyone used one with a similar design or better yet tried to make one?

My son has one of those...they are so darn clever that you can play with it into the time-wasting zone...lol.

I think made a bit "finer" would be a cool little knife.
 
ooh, thanks! its great to be able to actually put a name to the design for research purposes... still kicking myself for not dropping the 20 for the one i saw at that flea market haha.
looks like a simple enough design to actually make
