Hello Knife dogs! I have been asked to introduce myself so here goes. My name Rich and I have too many hobbies a couple years ago I was challenged (by my Dad) with a new one. He gave me file knife with a handle made of antler that he found at flea market and I decided I needed to learn every thing there is to know about making knives. I figure I will 247 years old before that happens so in the mean time I like to play around in my garage making and learning. I have a wood shop to keep me busy when I am out of steel and I am an electrician by day. Really started to take making more serious this year as I have had more time to work on it. I built most of my own tools (gas forge, grinders, tongs and such) but that was the fun part!cool 1
