Hello everyone, I am new here and have always been interested in knives! Been bitten by the making bug and have just started my fifth knife. I am really starting to find this hobby to be a form of therapy and am excited to create some functional art to share with you all!

Welcome! I started about three years ago simply adding nice scales to blanks I bought retail. After finishing 5-6, with lots of mistakes, I decided I needed to get into leathercraft as well because I just couldn't find mail order sheaths that were good quality and fit my knives. I will tell you that KD gave me access to a wonderful group of guys who are extremely skilled, yet still willing to help out total newbies. Glad I found this campfire, and I bet you will be the same.
