New to forum and knife making

I'm Andy from south carolina, I started making knives as a hobby after an injury caused me to retire from work. I have always had a fasination for knives and repect for the craftsmen who made them. I currently purchased a gas forge and just completed a small hydraulic forge press, which works great. Welded my first peice Saturday. It welds great but is slower then the power hammer. I am always willing to learn and I thaugh this would be a great place to start. im not sure how this forum works cause i've never been on one before but I guess I'm fixen to find out.
 
Thaks' what forum would I go to to ask specific questions pertaining to help with knives and suppliers?
