New smoker!

Thought I would show off my new smoker as I know there are a few BBQ people in the group. It’s a Old Country Pecos. Got it seasoned last night. Also treated myself to some meat church rubs. Have a good weekend guys!

Looks like a well built smoker. Nothing like a relaxing day with a good drink and the smell of woodsmoke.

Out of curiosity (not trying to derail the thread, mind you), does anyone know why I get notifications and e-mails about every update in this thread and this thread alone? I should only be getting notifications on reactions/folks quoting my previous posts. I am not watching this thread, btw....

I get them on all threads I comment on or start. Quote or not. Maybe a glitch?

I did some ribs Saturday.
When we moved 3 years ago I had to downsize my smoker collection. I am in the process of rebuilding it.
