I have to admit, after seeing what Roman did, I was inspired.
I also have to admit that although I am happy with the knives I have finished, I have fallen short of his work. These are my first kitchen knives.

These look very nice from the pictures posted.

Roman's sashimi knife was by far the most beautiful I've ever seen, though at a heart attack inducing price. (Not saying that it isn't worth it after getting out of the ER .
