The thing about this one that gave me fits is the overall length, while being so thin (.120")..... Any time you heat something that long/thin, it wants to "slump" just about any way you do it.......at austinizing temp it was kinda like trying to keep a wet noodle straight!

Hand sanding the blade was kinda like using nail clippers to cut an acre of grass.....long and tedious, but in the end it was worth it. (although I would never consider the nail clippers/grass thing)
