New blade up on the bench

This one with textured flats. It has been heated treated and tempered. I textured the flats today and will start on the grinding sometime this week. I like the shape of this blade. I haven't decided what scales to use yet.

It’s one of my favorites as well and one that will be a consistent blade build in my shop.
