Abe-l stainless precision ground to .100 nickel silver bolsters 416 Mill relieved liners g10 scales. Still breaking in the spring. Getting the walk and talk. It’s flush ball three positions. I feel like I getting a little better every time.

I am about to start trying slipjoints too. If you have the time, some insight into your process (especially if you are using simple tooling) will help me and perhaps others. If not, that is cool too. I have made many friction folders but slippies are a different animal.

I don’t mind Helping. , I have a old square wheel 2”x 72” grinder that’s way to fast. And a 4”x 36” belt sander with a 6” disc .i have a small grizzly mill that I mill my liners on and cut my nail nicks. I made all my own fixtures and my own ruple gauge .i don’t have a surface grinder. I learned from watching Luke Swenson‘s video. Let me know I will help all I can.

Here it is. I am in the process of creating a pdf but for now all the info is here. If you ever have any questions let me know. It has cad files and layouts for making the parts. Every step I could think of is covered including heat treat of the blade and spring. Let me know what you think.
