I have been thinking it would be cool looking as a warncliffe <- 100% positive that this is either mispelled or the wrong word probably both.

I think that I may shorten the ricasso, use a thicker collar, and widen the entire handle (use new scales (which I hate to do, but I think it will look a lot better). I definitely went too narrow.
Edit: it was the first time I used second gear lol. That thing will eat.

Yep I agree, and it does feel good for a pinch grip. I noticed that earlier, the handle however has to go. I went too far. Lol
