Mosaic Metal Mix

I have patterns cut from 1095, I need to contrast with powdered steel in a mosaic. Would 1084 or 4800 KC work better ?

I've seen it done with powered nickel before for mosaic.

The 4800 would definately be a brighter contrast.
The 1084 would only be a little different.
