If this is still available, what condition is the jig in currently?

I've been pondering trying one of these.

Thanks,

Randale

I'll be the odd man out. The jig sells for less than this. I understand it supposedly comes with X tra clamp. BUT one can buy the jig new from owner for $625 with no risk.

Jerry Moen sells those blade holders for around $250. I know because I bought two additional with my jig. Jim has also added the Teflon base. I'm not sure if Jim has used this one or not but the price is not terrible...

I have a basic Vevor jig that is working reasonably well for me.

While I love elegant tools, the real question is whether the Moen is actually $625 better than what I am using right now...o_O

Please do not reply on someone's post when you have ZERO CLUE or interest in item!! Just move on!!! I paid $625 for jig. Was give a break on extra clamp for $175. That's $800!!! It's 5 months old and tried twice. ZERO WEAR plus teflon really helps movement.

I've used every jig out there from $100 to $300 to $625 and the Moen jig is heads above the rest of them. Some may not need the jig, but others do. I'm just not as steady as I used to be, and the Moen jig is worth every cent to me...I've thrown a lot of money at this hobby and rarely find something that works as well.
