Mini Lathe - Good deal?

I think I agree with you - depending on what a "parts kit" is it might all be there or not. The seller wouldn't know for sure since he purchased it that way.

That was partly why I changed my mind. There are plenty of parts for South Bends, but I'm not certain I would even have the expertise to put this together. I think it might be a good deal for someone familiar with these kind of lathes. But I have no experience with lathes other than a little bit of time on wood lathes.

I'll keep looking!
