made a little godzilla

been wanting one so i decided to take a crack at it.

i hate forging out tangs but this sucker sure makes it easier.

didn't cut to fit the hardie yet but it held up in a vice pretty well:biggrin:

nice I have that on my to do list as well.I have been using a spring fuller it works fine just looks like this would work better. What kind of steel did you use ?...steve

This piece was 1075/80 from admiral. I tried it on some 3/32 1095 tonight and i can see why its better to make these out of 1/2" stock as opposed to 1/4 inch.
