M3, Micarta, and some Copper

Just finished the sheath for this one last night. This is another knife that I made a few months ago, but didn't want to post until the sheath was done. I had a couple of scraps of M3 left over from the knife I built a while ago. I wanted to use them for the bolsters. The bolsters were mounted with hidden pins. I used copper to line the bolsters and the micarta scales. The pins used for the handle were copper also.

Thank you for looking!

You're nailin em Mike.
I forgot I've had some of that M3 for a couple years now. I'll have to look at it again. Nice work...as usual.

Thanks guys , this is the first one I made with hidden pins in the bolsters. I gotta admit , I was a little nervous when I was grinding the bolster down. I was afraid I was gonna get into the pin. That M3 shines up beautiful when you hit it with the buffing wheel . The pics don't do it Justine. Thanks again.

Great looking knife and sheath Mikey!

Man your really putting out some impressive pieces! Keep up the great work!
