Looking for some experience

Hello all,

I am possibly wanting to possibly get into making knives. I have watched hours and hours of videos online and have become very interested. I am on a tight budget and was wondering if anyone knows of anyone in the Nashville TN area that could show teach me or guide me on this journey before I make an investment in more tools. I have done a general search online for knife makers in my area but came up with only two and they don't seem to be around anymore. Any info would be great. Thank you for your time.

There should be a few fellers in a neighboring state at the worst that may be able to help.
Try expanding your area of search mabbe a few hrs away?
