It really depends on what part of the world you're located in. I didn't see a location listed in your profile, just you're 41 yr old. "IF" you might be located in USA, then I agree AKS is a good source as well has the host of the forum USAknifemaker.com

I’m located in Maryland. I just placed an order through pops supply, it seems to me his prices were a lot better than the others I checked including alpha. Has anyone ever had issues ordering from there ?

They send me confirmation of order before we get off the phone. You also pay actual shipping costs which are lower than I can ship items. Top Notch outfit!!!

Pop's is a GREAT place to order stuff from. I've ordered many times, before the new owners took over, and after they took over with the same GREAT results. I'd forgot about them for metal, but they carry good stuff at a good price.
