Looking for knife maker or weapon creator

I am looking for a knife maker or weapon creator.

With this post I am looking for someone who can make me two types of weapons.
The first one is a grimm reaper scythe with some modifications.
The second one is blade that comes from a game. The knife of Jack Krauser in the Resident Evil 4 game.

I am willing to pay a high price for these items and there are only to add to my collection.
No harm will be done with these weapons!
