Thanks, this one might end up to be my wife's hiking buddy as she really liked it and it fit her hand well.Beautiful knife!! Really well done!
Thank you! You have a keen eye for detail and I appreciate that observation. That will make a dandy little EDC for your wife. I do like the low profile finger guard of the bolster. I often see the end of the guard stick down way to far and it bcomes a magnet for getting caught on things. That knife will just plain work and look good doing it.
Thank you! The guard is from front to back- vintage micarta, G10 spacer, brass, G10 spacer.Another nice one Opaul. What is the guard and spacer made of?
Thanks Chris. I’m really enjoying working with the antler material as well. You have become quite good at hidden tangs my friend. Well done.
I've been meaning to ask this for a while. When working with antler how much of an odor does it generate? My wife is extremely sensitive to odors. And while she rarely comes out in the garage where my shop is, she almost always comments on some odor even if it's been a while. Thanks Chris. I’m really enjoying working with the antler material as well.
LOL OK...I'll wait for a few other opinions. But it sounds like I will be giving away a piece of Sambar stag soon.I sanded a deer antler a couple of weeks ago and it was somewhere between burnt hair and possum vomit on the stank scale!
