Kydex vs Concealex

How would you compare/contrast Kydex versus Concealex (aside from Concealex costing a little more)? With Concealex seeming to be -- or at least appear -- like "carbon fiber," I would think that Concealex would be far more superior (i.e., strength). Any thoughts?

Concealex IMO sucks to work with. It gets hard very fast and is harder to work with. It is also easier to burn. Kydex is a walk in the park.

To me Concealex works just fine, but it isnt as forgiving as Kydex

Practice with some kydex first to get a feel of it, and work from there

If it needs to be tougher than Kydex , I recommend a 180 & get the heck out of there !tug2
