I felt like messing with some Kydex overstock today. Decided to make a bunch of Dump Trays. These are perfect for your days pocket contents. Have one on your dresser, nightstand, workbench, wherever. All made of .080 Kydex. All measure 9.75 x 7.5 x .75. Neon Green and Police Blue.

I am guessing you are pulling a vacuum to do these?
if it’s not a secret would you show your set up for this?
If it is and you would rather not I understand.
 
Hi Tracy, yes it's vacuum pressed. Press is HDPE as is the mold I had made to make these. I have some neat other items in the work as well.IMG_20200519_173407_resize_63.jpg

I like the adjustable 80/20. I keep meaning to make a vac press and then find a reason not to. I even have the silicone sheets (somewhere).

The 80/20 is SO versatile! I do not even use the expensive silicone any more. I now use 1/8" Neoprene foam. So much cheaper with excellent results. These trays require no foam.
