Just finished this one up for a customer, Level II retention, Tek Lok.
Also pictured is the stock sheath which with the knife locked down within it rattles like rocks in a tin can.
The stock sheath has a nice ballistic nylon cover with what looks to be an ABS plastic core that does not even come close to fitting the blade.

Welcome to the forums.
Level II retention in this case is a user manipulated lock.
Level I is the friction from the molded kydex, Level II is an added measure of security the lock.
Tek Lok is a device that sheath makers use for belt carry.
