I have to say, I been so wonderfully inspired by a great customer service experience recently. I placed an order with Enco. They have a standing set of instructions on file to ship everything USPS because internationally, the postal service just outshines the couriers.

This order slipped through the cracks and went out as 8 different parcels with UPS. (Canadian readers will be cringing reading that.) As expected, part of the shipment got lost. Now, any company is going to have something go wrong once in a while. What sets ENCO aside is what they did about it. They followed the shipping problem through to successful resolution - all parcels received now. Then they wrote and apologized for the error - explained the steps they were taking so it doesn't happen again, and were otherwise generous in making it right.

They had my respect at successful resolution. It's nice to see a company go an extra mile to show they really want your business. Kudos Enco!
