You can find them from many sources this is one of my favorite suppliers. They come in vinyl and cloth.

They are pretty nice to have a magnetic closure and that silky fabric inside. For the price they can't be beat.

Yes, maybe a buck or two but with a cover like a jewelry box. Something I could but a custom sticker on also.
