I made this bushcraft knife out of an old US made high carbon steel file for my buddy Alex. Alex is a US Army Vet, a Realtor extraordinaire, and a really good friend. Him and I share a lot of common interests. One of them being knives. The handle for this one is made out of polyester micarta. Brass was used for pins. The knife took a total of about 6 hours to make, which stretched throughout two weeks. Overall l am happy the way this piece of functional art turned out. I hope Alex gets to enjoy this for many years to come. I am freaking hooked on making these.
