I show a santoku of 6" and chef of 8" , both 1/8" thickness and Böhler K720 high carbon steel.
Hardwood guayubira scales.

Those are some very beautiful knives with nice lines. Very well executed and I really like the simple elegance of your maker's mark. My daughter keeps asking me to make her a set for the kitchen. Your knives just might be the inspiration I need to get started on her project. Thanks for sharing.
