Looks cool is the belt double sided? Why did you sew the shell straps?

Doug the belt is double sided. The reason is if you look closely there is a piece of 8 oz. leather sewed between the loops and the belt. It keeps the bullets away from the belt. Easier to put in and out and the top of the shell no longer rubs on the belt . KT

Thank you all. Doug absolutely never. Its sewed throu 2 pieces of 8 oz. and 1piece 5 oz . for thickness. KT
