Jarvenpaa id help

I recently acquired this Iisakki Jarvenpaa in mint condition. I know it is from about 1950. I've been told that multi-color galalite handle were used as insignia of various patriot and/or other organizations. Any help in identifying what organization this was commissioned by would be greatly appreciated.
