According to the light its “undervoltage”. I have run it off of this outlet for many months. Why now? Here is a screenshot of the manual on the light codes...hope this helps.View attachment 72468
The plug in the wall or your drive?
Must be another problem. All wires tight. I tried it on the same plug I run my 2HP 110v press on and nothing. I am dead in the water with orders hanging out there.the drive.
No dust, I do have a multi-meter I can check the outlet with maybe the outlet is going bad. It did run once this morning after giving the under voltage warning but nothing since. If I use an extension cord I can try other outlets. Would that help?I know it's a NEMA enclosure but do you have any amount of dust on the inside? On mine I get a little bit every now and then. It might be worth blowing any dust out if there is any.
Also it is possible you may have enough voltage to run the motor but not enough to run a more sophisticated piece of equipment like your KBAC. Variations in voltage is more common than you might think. Try a different outlet, preferably on a completely different circuit.
Hope that helps
Thanks to all, I checked the outlet I have good power at the outlet. I have good power in the Hybrid Drive but no power from the drive to the motor. Something in the hybrid drive must be broken. I have an email into Jose I Hope I am still under warranty. Thanks againFirst spot I'd check given your description is the breaker. It sounds like you dropped one leg of your input.
Sorry guys I did not mention it is a 110v model not 220v.When you say you have power inside the Kbac, are you reading 220?if your reading 110 on either terminal it could be back feeding and your reading the same leg not 220. Just guessing
Do you see cracks in any of the components? Can you post a pic of the inside of the box?Its the kbac. Inside the box where you attach the power plug I have 120v. On the other side where the power cord for the motor attaches there is zero power. The kbac has to have a problem.
