Hunter w/ stunning buckeye burl...

I just finished this hunter up today. Forged from W2 steel. 4" blade, 8 1/2" overall. G-10 guard and spacers. Raised, rounded and coined bronze accent. Stabilized buckeye burl handle.

John, I'm a newbie, so there's a ton I don't know, but I do know I absolutely love that G10 guard. Is that strictly a custom item that you crafted, or is someone selling such guards. The burl and blade are beautiful, but the black guard, coin and spacers are what caught my eye. Really exceptional.

I made the guard (and all the rest of the parts) from scratch. Cut a chunk out of a thick g-10 sheet. Thanks for the comments.
