How to flaten the flats on the blade ?

Flats are a lot better after listening to you all. I will post some pics of the new field/tactical line whenever i get decided for sure on the finished product.

so far the j-flex belts are working fine for the flats up to 220 grit which is where i need to take them to be able to bead blast. i will use those until i run out and then try to find a stiffer backed belt

Lerch,
I get great results with those Superflex J weight belts when I use them for slack belt handle contouring. Just Thought i'd share that with you.
