Home built heat treat oven

I just finished my new home made heat treat oven and thought i would show you folks for a little insperation.

What is that, that you have your element and power wires hooked up with? I need something like that.

I used a pice of micarta it is a great electrical insulator. Behind it there are ceramic tubes to go through the steel wall that the elements go through and it is set out with stainless steel standoffs for spacers. The bolts are stainless steel that are double nutted so i could attach the elements and wires.
Be sure and stand it off your kiln so the heat does not directly contact your micarta.
