Hello Dog's I just wanted to take a minute and share a little of the good stuff going on up here in Michigan. We are busy as we have ever been and God continues to bless the work of our hands. But thats not the reason I wanted to "share"
Lisa my wife. Has semi retired this year. And for the last 15 + years she always said that she wanted to make jewelry. As a teen she has some experience and training doing casting and silver jewelry and had always longed to get back to that place. But you know how it is.. LIFE can get in the way of stuff. But Thankfully. This year she has started working again doing just what she had always said she was gona do. Make jewelry. I call her stuff HHH Bling Things!
So here ya go dogs. She is using some of the same stuff we all are use to seeing on knives, Mammoth tooth and ivory, stabilized burl woods, MOP and paua shell. among many other natural materials. in combination with sterling silver and leather. I would call her style, Classic/retro. But with each new piece she makes, I see her develop a new technique and or try something different. (kinda like knife making)
Enough talk, Here are some of her recent pieces. As always, Thanks for looking. Comments and critiques are welcomed and encouraged. Thats how we learn and continue to refine our skills and ability's!
God Bless
