Help with heat treat oven math

Ok. I finally took my janky heat treat pottery kiln apart. I'm building a heat treating oven using the fire bricks from the kiln. All of the controls are wired up, PID, K type thermocouple, SSR's ext. I figured out how to program the PID. So my new oven is fairly small with the interior dimensions L=14"×W6"×H5". According to an online calculator the CuFt is .243". My 220 line in the shop has a 10 amp breaker.
I intend to heat treat O1 and 440c blades. My quandary is what kind of wattage will I need for my small oven? I did measure how long the element needs to be at 70". Any help or suggestions or information is greatly welcome.

You need to know how many watts your elements are to figure up the load, or just fire it up and use an amprobe on your wires feeding it.
