That's one good technique! Really I've just started out and most of the time I use the spin-technique because it's easier to practice. I've got to try this no-spin one!
 
I make'em, I don't throw'em very well. It's all kinda hard for me. Started a 3 knife set for my godson just before my foot surgery. Had hoped to give it to him for Christmas. Won't happen now. I'll just give them to him when their finished.
