Hello all. I'm a new member from western WA. Physical therapist by profession, and have been blacksmithing for about 6 years. Never thought I'd get into knifemaking, but I got bit by the Damascus bug earlier this year and since then have made 8 blades.

Hope to learn from y'all.

Thanks, Walt. You a member of the NWBA? If so and you come to the events, we should try to meet up in person some day.

No Im not, I have yet to build my forge and start working with it. I do like the idea of some day meeting up in person, I keep missing my chances to meet up with Ben and Mr Doyle. Lol
