Hi guys. Thanks for the add to this great site. I've had a look over the various threads and what sold me, was you bunch of friendly blokes that are always willing to give advice and encouragement to the amateur wanna be bladesmith.
Originally from Southern Africa, I've always been into knives. My old-man used to collect them as well, and some of my earliest memories is of him, with a glass of brandy at hand busy sharpening his various blades with my old-lady ever present with a box of plasters. Fun times haha.
I've made 2 knives already, and as you know, I still have so much to learn, so I'm hoping you fine gents can guide me along the way.
