I've been inactive for a long time, but I'm back and want to be more active again. Since I've been posting in threads, I figured I should re-I troduxe myself.

I've been making knives for about 4 years now. Started by just putting handles on pre-made blanks. Then started using bar stock and stock removal. I haven't forged yet. It's on my radar, once I'm able to make a forge.

So for now I stick with stock removal. I design all my own knives and leather.

If anyone is local to Houston, I'd love to get together and share experience.

Welcome again then bodam. Beautiful knifes you made there. I especially love the lacewood on the first knife.

Knives look very good. My knives are good working knives but I do not spend the time I should polishing and sanding. Most of the people I give or trade them to would screw them up fast anyway. Ranchers, hunters, and good old boys. Some will be used for pry bars and screw drivers, etc. A few have told me they put them up and did not plan to use them, that made me feel good.
