Hay all. I am building a new internal liner lock folder. Here are some specks about the knife. I know it's going to be a large folder. The blade is 154CM 0.25"x2"x7", the blade has a 6" knife edge. I am planning on using titanium liners. The liners are 0.050"x2"x7.25".The liners have Micro Roller Bearings in the liners. I will be matching them into the liners. The Micro Roller Bearings are 0.078"x0.25"IDx0.678"OD. The scales are McamG10 by 0.25"x2"x7.25".
The first question I have is has any one used the Micro Roller Bearings Kit that www.usaknifemaker.com has and will they work with titanium liners?
Second is the liners thick enough to support and hold up to the liner lock and will the Micro Roller Bearings Kit fit in a liner thinner than they are?
If any one has any questions or any one has a comment of any thing I should know or have forgotten.
